FEE INTEGRITY

We realize that some organizations cannot pay Peggy Duncan's full speaking fee. We'd still love to work with you, but in our efforts to maintain her fee integrity, we've listed below items you can consider in lieu of a cash payment. Each case is reviewed differently and must be approved in writing and agreed upon by all parties.

You should first review Peggy's Fee Schedule so you'll have an idea of what we'll expect. We look forward to working with you.


TAX CERTIFICATE

  • If you are a 501(c)(3) and cannot pay the requested fee, we request that you submit a Tax Certificate for a One Time Special Donation in the amount of the full fee referenced in the fee schedule, minus costs associated with items chosen from below.


GIFTS

  • Have sponsors and/or exhibitors donate gifts. Do not need another clock!


PRODUCT SALES

  • Exhibit booth at the event.

  • Back-of-the-room sales manned by your volunteer.

  • Organization purchase of product for each workshop attendee.

  • Introducer makes a product pitch for our products and encourage attendees to purchase.


MARKETING

  • Inclusion of our marketing materials in your conference bag.

  • Free membership to your organization.

  • Full-page ads in all printed event books.

  • Free advertising as an event sponsor.

  • A bio with live link to our Website on organization's event Website.

  • Computer database of all attendees with unlimited use.

  • Testimonial letter on organization letterhead.

  • Article with photo about Peggy in organization newsletter.

  • Article with  photo written by Peggy in organization newsletter.

  • Promote Peggy to your regional and national chapters and offices.

  • Inclusion in event promos such as brochures.

  • Assistance on getting TV, radio, or newspaper coverage.


CONFERENCE

  • Full registration package for Peggy and a guest.

  • Entrance to sponsor and exhibitor social events.

  • Prime timeslot on the schedule (10am-12).

  • Free registration to future events.

  • Book Peggy for two separate events at once.

  • Add other speaking opportunities such as a panel or additional workshop in prime timeslot.


LOGISTICS

  • Organization makes all copies of handouts and purchases packaging solution (e.g., binders).

  • Add and pay for extra hotel nights, spa fees, green fees.
