Fee Includes
Pre-program assessment with sampling of participant interviews, and the design and customization of the training program. Mileage and travel expenses are included for local Metro Atlanta events only.

Travel Expenses for Outside Metro Atlanta
Coach class airfare, ground transportation, meals, and lodging are additional when applicable. All efforts will be made to obtain the lowest airfare available. Top-rated lodging required. No extravagant meals (eat like a bird). Taxis preferred.

It is preferred that all travel be booked through Client travel agency.

Handouts and Additional Resources
Copying/printing of all handouts done by Client. Speaker will provide one original when applicable.

Deep discounts are available for learning resources: Peggy's books, CD, etc. Please inquire at booking.

Audio and Video Recording
To avoid embarrassment of either party, please adhere to our policy.

Any recording of any session must be approved in advance. If Client plans to distribute recording NOT for-profit within Client’s organization, Speaker will approve and receive the master copy. For-profit distribution requires a written royalty agreement. In either case, Speaker owns the copyright to any recording of any presentation. To maintain recording quality, it is suggested that professional equipment/personnel be used, and that audience microphones be strategically placed for questions.

Equipment Needs - Seminars/Workshops
For seminars/workshops and discussions, please don't put me behind a podium! I want to be able to connect with my audience. Podium is used for Computer Magic! presentation only (it's for my laptop).

  • PowerPoint computer projector with screen.

  • Lavaliere microphone when audience size warrants.

  • Small table upfront (in addition to projector table).

  • Flip Chart with dark-colored pens.

  • Outlet strip with 3 available plugs.

  • Table for learning resources upfront, either side.

Deposits and Cancellations

Deposit upon confirmation of booking:

50% of total fee. Due upon receipt of invoice.
 

Cancellation by Client, rescheduled:
 

We retain 100% of deposit.

Cancellation by Client 14 days or more prior to speaking date, not rescheduled:
 

We retain 100% of deposit.

Cancellation by Client less than 14 days prior to speaking date, not rescheduled:

We retain 100% of deposit + will invoice for 20% of speaking fee.
 

Cancellation by Speaker:

Comparable substitute or full refund of deposit.

 

Consulting Fees

 

If you're a small start-up or non-profit: $75 per hour in Metro Atlanta.

Business up and running: $100 per hour.

Corporate executives, managers, etc. $125 per hour.
