WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Busy people who are drowning in email and would like to learn more about Microsoft Outlook. This training is fast-paced and not for beginners. If you have a laptop or access to one, bring it! If you don't, come anyway and see first-hand all the possibilities of this powerful communication tool.

Outlook Version: The instructor is using Outlook 2000 which looks and works just like the 2002 version. If you use version 2003, the user interface looks different, but the steps we're covering work pretty much the same. (To check your version, from within Outlook, click Help, then click About Microsoft Outlook. You'll see the version number at the top of the dialog box.)

If you're new to Outlook, we recommend you take a traditional training class that will have a slower pace.

Fast-Paced!
Not for Beginners!

This class is fast-faced, and not intended for beginners. However, you are still welcome to enroll as an observer. If you're new to Outlook and on a laptop, you may get left behind.

Walk-ins are admitted if space is available. $115.00 per person - cash or local check only. Our events fill up fast so please pre-register and save money! Please pay when you register. Some people think training has to be expensive to be worth attending. Not so! Our events don't cost hundreds of dollars because we've figured out a better way to produce them.

Our training sessions are small and intimate. We do not need to hire an event staging company, a destination management firm, or other expensive support teams. We've thought through the process, streamlined it, and automated everything using technology (that's what Peggy does for a living).

We don't use an 800 number that is often abused. If we did, we'd have to pass that expense on to you.

You bring the computer (when required). Our target clients have a laptop or have access to one. Not providing computers gives us greater flexibility in meeting locations and helps us to avoid this costly expense (not required for workshops).

We don't hold our events at expensive hotels. We have access to excellent training facilities that can accommodate the small, intimate sessions we're known for.

We don't spend thousands of dollars on advertising. We market our events via our opt-in email list, Web sites that allow event posting, and word-of-mouth. Our previous attendees are walking billboards, and we really depend on you to help us get the word out. As long as this keeps working, we'll keeping doing what we're doing.

No special arrangements have been made for this event.

 

CANCELLATION
If you cancel before 10 working days of the event, you'll receive a refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

 

At any time, you'll be allowed to send a substitute. You cannot transfer your registration to another date.

To receive your book (if you're not able to make it to the event), we'll send you a shipping invoice and ship your order within three days of receiving payment.
 

If we have to cancel the training for any reason, you'll receive a 100% refund OR you'll be able to transfer the registration to another event. We will not be responsible for any losses you incur due to the cancellation of this or any of our training sessions. We would only cancel a class in an extreme emergency.
