Computer Magic! Tips and Tricks in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook (2-4 Hours; Workshop format is longer, hands-on)
So much time is wasted not using software you already have effectively. Finish work six times quicker using little-known, timesaving tips and tricks in Excel and PowerPoint, and learn how to use them together. You'll also learn how creating templates in Word and using other features in this powerful software will save you time. Suffering from e-mail overload? Don't worry, we'll show you how to breeze through it and stay in control.

Internet Research: Finding What You Need on the Internet (2 Hours)
Learn techniques for using various search engines to find what you need quickly, and how to organize your Favorites so you can find everything later. Discover easy research techniques and information-packed Web sites that will help you research potential customers and your competition.
